Create a Coursepack for Your Instructor

Log in to the ACRC website and make sure you have switched to your educator’s TA role. If the switch is active, a banner at the top of the page will confirm that you are currently acting as the professor’s TA.

Go to My Coursepacks. This page displays:

• All Coursepacks you have created on behalf of your instructor
• Any Coursepacks where you have been added as a collaborator

When you create a Coursepack as an instructor’s TA, you are automatically added as a collaborator for that Coursepack.

To create a new Coursepack for your instructor’s course, click Create New Coursepack.

You will see that the Instructor field is automatically set to your instructor by default.

Next, fill in the required information, including:

Coursepack name & code

Each Coursepack must have a unique name. However, multiple Coursepacks can share the same Course Code.

Start and End Date

By default, the start date is the day you create the Coursepack, and the end date is six months after the start date. The Coursepack duration cannot exceed six months.

Payment Method

You might see different payment method options depending on whether the institution you and your instructor have registered with. For more details please go to About Coursepack Payment Options.

When your Coursepack is created, it will appear on your My Coursepacks page, and your instructor will receive an email notification. You can then click Enter Coursepack to edit Coursepack information and add contents to it.
