About Coursepack

What is a Coursepack?

A Coursepack is a customized collection of cases and labs created for a specific course. Educators or Coursepack administrators select and combine multiple cases and labs to build a Coursepack that supports their teaching objectives. Students then enroll in the Coursepack to conveniently access all required learning materials in one place.

How Coursepacks work

coursepack payment method flow chart

As a teaching assistant, you can create Coursepacks on behalf of your instructor and automatically become a Coursepack collaborator.

The general workflow involves four key components:

  1. Build and publish the Coursepack

Programme administrators may assist with publishing, depending on your institution’s processes.

  2. Share the Coursepack enrolment link with students

Students join the Coursepack by accessing the link.

  3. Students enroll to access Coursepack materials

All required cases and labs will be available in one place after enrollment.

  4. Coursepack payment settlement based on your institution’s payment option:
    • Institution Pay - The Coursepack creator (or institution) settles payment when the Coursepack is published.
    • Institutional Pay Later* - Teach first, pay later by institutional payment administrator.
    • Student Pay - Students pay individually to access Coursepack materials.
