Copyright of all ACRC products belongs to The University of Hong Kong and is administered by the Asia Case Research Centre, Faculty of Business and Economics. Unauthorized duplication of copyrighted materials in any form or by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, uploading to or training of artificial intelligence systems or large language models, or otherwise (including the internet) – will be construed as a violation of international copyright laws.

Copyright Permissions

Copyright permission for cases may be requested by completing the shopping basket, indicating the number of copies you require. The number of copies ordered must correspond to the total number of students or participants who will be provided access to the material.

Teaching notes are available at no cost to registered educators. Teaching notes are strictly for the personal use of the registered educator and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced in any form, or uploaded to or used in the training of artificial intelligence systems or large language models.

Requests for permission to reprint ACRC case studies in textbooks should be submitted in writing to info@acrc.hku.hk
