Enrol Students to the Coursepack
To enroll students in the Coursepack, first ensure your Coursepack has been published already.
Once published, you can go to the Coursepack page and confirm that the status is set to Open for Enrollment. If enrollment is not yet open, toggle the switch (shown below) to enable it.
Once enrollment is open, a unique Coursepack link will appear. Click Copy URL to copy the link. Share the link with your students so they can access and enroll in the Coursepack.
You may distribute the link via email, include it in your course syllabus, or post it in your learning management system so students can easily access it.
Students’ perspective:
If students are already signed in, they can paste the enrollment link directly into their browser. A confirmation page will appear to indicate that they have enrolled successfully.
If a student opens the enrollment link without signing in to their ACRC account, they will first be directed to sign in first. If the student does not yet have an ACRC account, they can select Sign Up to create one before continuing with enrollment.
After they complete registration, the student will see a reminder to enroll in the Coursepack when they sign in.
Click Confirm to enroll. A confirmation message will appear to indicate that the enrollment was successful.
Click OK. Students will be directed to the Coursepack page.
You can open or close Coursepack enrollment to control when new students are allowed to join. When enrollment is closed, students will not be able to enroll even if they have the enrollment link.
To prevent uninvited enrolments, we recommend closing enrolment once all intended students have joined and handling your Coursepack’s unique enrolment link carefully.
