How to Configure Browser Pop-Up Settings
Some features of the DAP lab platform may not work correctly if your browser blocks pop‑up windows (for example, opening lab windows, case files, or external tools).
Below are quick instructions for allowing pop‑ups in the some common browsers. Menu names and options may vary slightly depending on your browser version.
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome and go to Settings.

Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.

Go to Pop-ups and redirects.

You can choose “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects” under Default behavior.

Or you can search for “pop-up” to take a shortcut.

Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings.

Go to Privacy, search, and services > Site permissions.

Go to All permissions.

Find Pop-ups and redirects.

You can either switch off the “Blocked” option under the Default behavior or add the link to your website to the whitelist under “Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects”.

Or you can use the search box to take a shortcut.

Firefox
Open Firefox and go to Settings.

Go to Privacy & Security and find the Permissions section. Untick the checkbox next to “Block pop-ups and third-party redirects”.

Or you can use the search box to take a shortcut.

Safari
Open Safari and go to Settings.

Click the Websites tab at the top. Select Pop-up Windows in the left sidebar to configure the settings.
