The United States and China signed a historic agreement on 15 November, 1999 that would pave way for China to join the World Trade Organisation (WTO). While both sides trumpeted the agreement, it would also have profound impacts across various sectors of the Chinese economy. This case is designed for an MBA level course in International Business.
